Returns Policy

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For safety and sterility reasons, products whose seals have been broken, or whose components have been opened, handled, transferred, or combined with another substance, cannot be returned and do not qualify for refund, replacement, or credit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Email orders@stanton-medical-supply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
